Where can I register to attend the
conference? - Registration page. Where will the conference be held? - Hoogenraad Auditorium, La Trobe University. When is the conference? - November 11, 2013. What time does the conference begin/end? - 12:00h to 18:00h (12 - 6 pm). Will food and drink be provided? - Biscuits and coffee/tea will be provided during the poster sessions - More substantial food (with vegetarian options) will be provided at the end of the day along with drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) Who can attend the conference? - Graduate and Post-Graduate students attending Melbourne-region universities, or from La Trobe regional campuses. -Honours students are also welcome Do I have to pay a registration fee to attend? - No. Attendance is free. However, we would appreciate that you register your name with us so that we know how many people will be attending. Do I have to register to attend? - Yes. Please register here. If I attend, do I have to enter the photography/poster competition? - No. But please do! (Go on...don't be shy). I go to a university outside Melbourne, can I still attend? - Yes. However preference for Oral and Poster presentation time slots is given to Melbourne-area and La Trobe regional students. I am not a postgraduate/graduate student, can I still attend? -Yes. - Oral Presentation Submission Page. What kind of research can I present? How long does my presentation have to be? What program should I use to make my presentation?
